Yoga is a path to deeper presence in your body and life. It is an ancient technology used to transform your awareness at a cellular level, giving you access to more and more of yourself.
This type of yoga is especially powerful for people dealing with anxiety, stress, and/or experiencing a calling to find balance in their lives.
How It Works
Daily Habits
This phase of Yoga Therapy helps us to “get our house in order,” to ensure that we have the habits and behaviors that can allow for self-study to occur.
Self-Inquiry
Once we have our foundation of healthy daily habits that creates safety in our bodies, then we can start to explore ourselves and learn more about the behaviors (and eventually the underlaying trauma) that create imbalance in ourselves and our lives.
Self-Discovery
This step is traditionally referred to as “surrender” - but more accurately, this step is about touching and holding more and more of your truest Self. The part of you that is always balanced, whole, and in flow with the Universe.
Bringing It All Together
Yoga Therapy consists of 3 stages that we use as the scaffolding as you rediscover yourself. It is not a linear process but rather a spiral staircase that we can walk to be closer and closer to our center.
Much like any therapeutic relationship, it is ideal to meet on a regular basis to form the basis for the work that we do together. During our time together we build practices to support each stage of Yoga Therapy. These practices are a combination of traditional Yoga - movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness, and meditation - and the latest in neuroscience, trauma healing, and western therapy.

On-going regularly scheduled sessions: $125 per session
